Apple 1 computer auctioned for $387,750
An original Apple computer made by Jobs and Wozniak from 1976 has sold at Christie's auction online for $388,750.
Known as the Apple 1, it was one of the first Apple computers ever built.
It sold Monday,8th July 2013 for $387,750 at a Christie’s online-only auction. Bolaffi, an Italian collections company, says in a statement that it bought the computer. The seller was a retired school psychologist from Sacramento, California.
Though there are few other Apple 1 Vintage PC's available , the collectors might not sell it immediately and those who want to sell it might wait for more appreciation as it has become collectors item after Jobs death.
